Jessi approaches marketing as Revenue Infrastructure. She doesn't just execute campaigns; she steers the ship, ensuring every digital initiative is intentional, agile, and aligned with a business’s specific North Star. Her strength lies in bridge-building; connecting a company's past successes with the modern technology required to scale them.

Since beginning his career in 2004, he has successfully transitioned from the high-stakes world of life insurance to building and scaling his own multi-million dollar organization within the medical billing sector.

Chad’s core strength lies in his ability to listen. While many in growth roles focus solely on the pitch, Chad focuses on the person. He has a unique ability to make stakeholders from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and understood. Within the Bixler Consulting ecosystem, he ensures that marketing initiatives are backed by a robust sales infrastructure, turning interest into relationship-driven growth.

An entrepreneur at heart, Chad is a lifelong student of human behavior, faith, and technology. Whether he is reading about empathy-driven sales or the latest in growth tech, his goal remains the same: to build systems that allow businesses to scale with integrity.

Chad’s commitment to advocacy and service is deeply personal. Beyond his role as a Deacon at his local church, he was an integral partner in the authorship of The Story We Share and remains a steadfast advocate for sexual assault survivors. For Chad, "taking people along for the ride" means ensuring that everyone—from the client to the community—benefits from the success they build together.
